Worn Forks & Lift Chains are Dangerous
Our Aftermarket Sales Representative will examine your forks and lift chains on any make or model forktruck. If your fork wear exceeds 10%, ISO safety standards for used forks require that forks be replaced. If your lift chain wear exceeds ANSI Standards, the chains must be replaced. We will supply you with a written quotation on replacement forks and/or lift chains as necessary.
Our Fork Wear Examination Includes:
- Blade, Hook, and Locking Device-for Wear
- Heel and Surface - for cracks
- Straightness
- Blade to Shank Angle - for distortion
Our Lift Chain Safety Examination Includes:
- Measure Pitch - for Distortion/Elongation
- Measure Chain Width and Roller Diameter - for Distortion
